I wouldn't say you can wear whatever you want. Actually, we were there a few summers ago and the hostess gave us an up and down look bc we were in shorts and sandals. ( The weather was 95 degrees outside) there were several tables available and she said all were booked. 4pm all booked uhmm?.. Manager was informed BTW as this felt discriminatory

No, you do not need one. If you decide to go during an holiday event then yes and if your bringing more than two guest.

A group that size, i would say yes. That way, your tables would be ready and your wait would be short. Excellent place to eat.
